Minor improvements

  - Added shape0 and shape1 in ssrmst(): Shape parameters for the
    Weibull distribution in both arms.
  - Added ac_number in ssrmst(). In addition to the approach for accrual
    information in the previous version, another two approaches are now
    available.
  - The powers based on separate and pooled variances are now
    calculated.
